On reboot, wifi works perfectly, but bluetooth no longer visible in Device manager and USB error has changed as shown (I am using a new replacement 9 pin connector in case the provided connector was faulty). I then physically uninstalled the device and reinstalled it on a different PCI slot. No joy even after having Windows update the Bluetooth drivers (again, Bluetooth worked perfectly until reboot).
